At 8:00 am, we begin our four-day desert tour from Fez to Marrakech, passing through the Sahara. We start by heading towards Midelt, crossing the scenic mountains and cedar forests of the Middle Atlas. Along the way, we make stops at Ifrane, a picturesque ski resort, and Azrou, a notable handicraft center renowned for its cedar woodwork. After reaching Midelt, we pause for lunch. In the afternoon, we continue our journey to Erfoud, eventually reaching the desert. We will have dinner and spend the night at a hotel located at the foothills of the desert.

After breakfast, our day begins with a visit to Khamlia village, where we can immerse ourselves in the captivating rhythms of live Gnawa music. We then embark on an off-road adventure, exploring the mesmerizing sand dunes that surround us. Along the way, we make a special stop to share a cup of tea with the nomadic communities residing in traditional Berber tents. This encounter offers a unique perspective on life and culture in the desert. For lunch, we indulge in the delicious flavors of Berber pizza(Madfouna).
Returning to the hotel, you have some leisure time to relax before the highlight of the day – a camel trek into the dunes to witness the breathtaking sunset. The tranquil beauty of the desert landscape as the sun paints vibrant hues across the horizon is a truly unforgettable experience. As night falls, we make our way to the camp where we will spend the night in traditional nomadic tents, immersing ourselves in the authentic desert atmosphere.

On Day 3, an early wake-up call awaits you to witness the awe-inspiring sunrise at a location where the interplay of sand dune colors and shadows creates a breathtaking spectacle. After enjoying this natural wonder, we return to the hotel/riad for breakfast and a refreshing shower.
Our journey continues towards Ouarzazate, taking us through Rissani. Along the way, we make a stop in Erfoud, renowned for its exquisite fossilized marbles. Here, you will have the opportunity to visit a workshop that produces these unique marble fossils, gaining insights into the fascinating craftsmanship behind them.
Next, we proceed towards the Todra Gorges, an ideal destination for independent exploration and leisurely walks. After lunch, we traverse through the town of Roses, also known as Kelaa Mgouna, before continuing our journey along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs. We pass through the picturesque Skoura palm grove, finally arriving in Ouarzazate, often referred to as the “Hollywood of Morocco.” Once there, we check into our hotel/riad, where you can unwind and relax.

We make our way to Aït Benhaddou, a magnificent “fortified kasbah” located on a hill along the Ouarzazate River. This historical site lies on the former caravan route connecting the Sahara desert and Marrakech. Aït Benhaddou showcases stunning examples of kasbahs, some of which are still inhabited. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site, it has also served as a remarkable backdrop for numerous renowned films, including Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator, and Game of Thrones. Following a lunch break, we proceed towards Marrakech, crossing the scenic High Atlas Mountains.
